Plaza Tech Ltd has partnered with Care Copilot in a CTO capacity, leading product development, application architecture, and end-to-end product lifecycle management. This partnership includes defining requirements, building systems, managing DevOps on Azure, and overseeing a team of skilled developers. Future development plans involve integrating AI Agents to further improve operational efficiency.
Having successfully undergone thorough testing with eight large home care offices, Care Copilot is now being piloted by its primary partner, Home Instead, to validate further adoption at a national level. The Jefferies Care Group—led by CEO Mike Jefferies, who operates four home care offices with an annual turnover of £10 million—also plays a pivotal role in shaping this ongoing collaboration.
